DESCRIPTION
Sandwiched on the border between France and Spain, the Basque Country is a “bread basket” of good food, excellent wines, proud people and rich cultural heritage.
Navarran cuisine is blessed by the abundance of seafood from the nearby coast, fresh and cured meats from the mountains and vegetables and legumes from the fertile Ebro valley. South of Pamplona are multiple interesting wine and olive oil producers.
If you’d like to see how the dishes are prepared, but don’t want to do the preparation yourself, this is the experience for you!
During the Pincho-Making demonstration you’ll learn how to cook four very creative dishes. The chef will explain the various ingredients and foods used, and how they’ve been prepared. You’ll have the chance to ask questions, and of course, eat the delicious dishes after they’ve been cooked.
