Great Break in Cava Territory

We love sparkling wine so we went to Cava Territory, in the Saint Sadurni area of Catalonia, near Barcelona. It was 1872 when the first bottles of Cava were made in the town following the traditional method of second fermentation in the bottle.

We’ve visited various wineries quite different one from each other. Surely we still have much more to discover… We went away with a great experience that included great wines, exquisite crafted cheeses and fuets, great people who love what they do, architecture and… vineyard and scenery!!!

Can’t ask for better than that… Salut!
